Thank you for visiting and shopping at BB Pharma. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy and apply to all orders placed through our website.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Processing times may be delayed during high-volume periods or due to external factors such as product availability, supply chain disruptions, or customs regulations. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping depending on your location and order value. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (UK): 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Note: Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. External factors such as customs delays or weather disruptions may affect delivery time.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.


4. International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. Customs, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. BB Pharma is not responsible for delays due to customs processing in your country.

If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us directly at bb-pharma@proton.me.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in shipping information provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

BB Pharma is not liable for packages marked as delivered but not received. We recommend reaching out to your local postal carrier for investigation.
